When you earn cashback through our Travel program, it enters a pending status until you actually stay in the hotel. During this pending period, the transaction is recorded on your EvoShare balance but is not counted towards your contributions. This means that while you can see the pending cashback amount in your account, it won't be included in the total contributions until the stay at the hotel is completed. Once you've stayed at the hotel, the pending status is complete, and the cashback amount is then included in your contributions.
